I had this beer on-tap in a tulip glass at the brewery in Prague.
Appearance: medium gold hue with a light haze and two fingers of creamy ivory foam atop.
Smell: on the sweet side with a floral hop character that is also a little flat. Not bad, but not super interesting.
Taste: moderately sweet and kind of bready with maybe a tiny hint of diacetyl and an earthy, herbal hop character. Not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a great carbonation and a lovely, large creaminess.
Overall: maybe not what I think of as a “clean” IPA, but it’s not bad. And the creaminess … man, I love how they pour beers here in Czechia.
