This traditional Oktoberfest pours a brilliant amber with a creamy off-white head and excellent clarity. Rich, toasty malt aromas invite you in, with notes of fresh-baked bread, light caramel, and a touch of nuttiness. The flavor is malt-forward but beautifully balanced — think smooth, clean lager character with a medium body and a crisp, dry finish. Subtle noble hops provide a whisper of spice and bitterness to keep it refreshing pint after pint.

Tap pour at the brewpub. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. Thin white head settles to whisps and a ring.
Aroma of sweet toasted malts and a bit of floral hops.
Taste is sweet and malty, with some floral hops. Flavors of caramel, green apple, and a bit of citrus. Aftertaste is still ruled by malts.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Good carbonation.
Easy going session brew.
