What a find ! Ragazzi (meaning boys) is an Italian restaurant near a gay club gathering in Sydney. The Italian vibe was solid (mostly straight customers), the food was excellent, the wine list extensive and the beer list much shorter but fine.

Distanza Looks great in a wine glass with a nice foam; I give points for the pretty bottle also. This dubbel was served too cold, but as it warmed the traditional dubbel's Smells emerged. Tastes were balanced between the sweet dark fruit/malts and the hops and other spices. Paired well with squash ravioli in butter sauce, cut thru it well and cleansed the palate. Overall... not among the masters of the Belgian dubbel, but a great find and pairing.

My first from Caratteri, I wanted to find out more; but no website and on UnTappd I only got a Facebook page (that has as many likes as Uniques on Untappd.) Photos did tell me that they have a pizza night, which I'm sure is good also. But for now, that's all the micro-review I can give.
