Had this on tap at Popeye's in Ryogoku, Tokyo. Poured into a white wine glass. Wine red with a thick light pink head. Bubbly foam with a soft red grape flavor. Sweet intake with only a slight sourness on the back end. A bit flat on a smell for a red wine fruit version of a brew. Overall, a decent fruit beer, but I would easily substitute it for a lambic with lower alcohol content and more pronounced flavor and smell.
