Clear yellow brew with adequate foam in the wine glass. Creamy and sudsy. Nicely floral aroma with a hint of the farmyard. Some malty sweetness. Quite yeasty tasting with the wintergreen or minty aftertaste along with a dry finish. The lavender is not too strong and doesn't jump out as such, but it's herbal and slightly bitter. It's an interesting and highly drinkable Belgian style brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewpub in Sacramento.
