Slight haze on the orange amber brew with a brief foam in the wine glass. For some reason they make TWO Blueberry and Lavender Saisons, and this one is less strong and more powerfully flavored. Thick mouthfeel with a fruity flavor and quite modest carbonation. Toasty, touch of persimmon, and the yeasty scratchy finish. Not too herbal tasting, but herbs in the nose. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewpub. Dated 3/11/26 so it doesn't get any fresher.
