Collaboration with The Answer
This is our super dank, incredibly juicy Hazy DIPA brewed with an insane amount of Cryo Citra and Galaxy hops for a big sticky blast of Grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, lychee, and mango.

Look: It pours cloudy orange-yellow. It has an off white head with excellent head retention.
Smell: It has citrus aromas with a bit of dankness. There is a bit of papaya and other tropical notes.
Taste: It has citrus notes with strong resin. There are orange and papaya notes and noticeable alcohol.
Feel: It has a medium full body with strong resin aftertaste.
Overall, I generally don't like strongly resinous beers because they are generally harsh, but to give this beer credit, the flavors come through the resin quite strongly.

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: New England Double / Imperial IPA
Glass: Pure Project 14-oz. Teku glass
Price: $4.99
From: Windmill Farms in Del Cerro (San Diego), Calif.
Purchased: April 27, 2021
Consumed: May 2, 2021
Misc.: Collab with The Answer; No canned on date
Headed over the Windmill Farms to see what new stuff they had and came across this collab between Beer Zombies and The Answer. Online description was “This is our super dank, incredibly juicy Hazy DIPA brewed with an insane amount of Cryo Citra and Galaxy hops for a big sticky blast of Grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, lychee, and mango. Collaboration with The Answer.”
Poured a medium yellow-to-light golden hazy color with 1-to-2 fingers of frothy off-white head. Just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Decent watery lacing. Bad retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smelled Citra, Galaxy, passion fruit, Hawaiian fruit punch, strawberry, gooseberry, mango, grapefruit, peach, melon, lime and citrus rind. Might have been even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose but still solid. Got Citra, Galaxy, passion fruit, strawberry, Hawaiian fruit punch, gooseberry, mango, grapefruit, peach, nectarine skin, melon, lime and citrus rind. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. A little bit of hop burn. (Feel - 4.00)
Just an outstanding hazy DIPA overall. Really liked it. (Overall - 4.00)
