Poured from a 16 ounce can with a born on date of 9/17/24. Appearance is light amber and completely clear. There is a thin head that dissipates quickly. A little carbonation continues briefly as it warms.
Not much detectable aroma, but that's pretty normal for me. Maybe a little grain and yeast.
Some malt with light hop bitterness, very nicely balanced. A little yeasty with a hint of lemon/orange citrus.
Medium to light mouthfeel
This is a delicious easy drinking Saison that leaves me wanting another. I was fortunate to be able to acquire this while traveling by, as they do not distribute at this time. My regret is that I don't live close enough to get these on a regular basis.
This would be a worthwhile stop if travelling through Nebraska on I-80. The taproom is a repurposed old city library with a ton of character from it's original "life".
