I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in Mexicali in a shaker pint.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop. Not really much haze going on here, but they don’t specifically call it a “hazy” (though it is a NEIPA).
Smell: lightly sweet with a bit of zesty orange peel. Not too bad.
Taste: malt is not too sweet, and there’s a nice mix of orange peel and passionfruit in the flavor. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: maybe not a traditional NEIPA but still a pretty solid IPA!
