A blend of traditional Belgian Barrel Aged Golden ale and Sonoma Native Wild fermentation created this one of a kind Wild Golden Sour. Aged for 17 months in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay barrels together with naturally occurring yeasts and bacteria we created this dry, barnyardy, yet fruity sour which showcases the complexity of these styles through its complex flavor profile created by the magic of aging and fermentation.
