I now understand I should have drunk Cuver's base Wit (UnWind Classic) before drinking this first rendition flavoured with mint and lime. But I have to suppose that since they are both 4.4 ABV, the two brews are similar.
And if I'm correct in that assumption and this mint/lime is their best guess to start the series, then Cuver should go back to the drawing board... or recipe room to use a better metaphor. Simply put, there is a lack of depth in this wit no matter what gets added to it. The problem primarily is the yeast, but there may be another significant issue once a proper wit yeast is used.
Unwind Mojito Looks flat, Smells mostly of the added mint/lime, Tastes balanced but without depth, and is light-mouthed.
I like Cuverand give them decent Overall Hugs because they have gone down the difficult Belgian-inspired road. But the young will mistakes. And making a series out of Unwind is avoidable mistake.
