Mostly clear unpolished gold with a tall and puffy white head slowly built by their side pull handle.

The impossibly light and fluffy souffle-like head is markedly different than other slow pours I've had, but enjoyably so. There's also a unique tang to the beer, like a sort of bright, slightly pungent NZ sort of hop, though faintly so.

Otherwise I'm getting some delicate white cornbread with a touch of wild herb before an absolutely bone dry finish. It's not even cornbread, perhaps leaning more into Neapolitan pizza crust with some cornmeal(?), but it's very subtle, while the hops expand as a citrus-forward cologne with time.
