Lightly foggy pale white gold with a short white head that clings in a bubbly but fine ridge.
Its gentle acidity is equally met by some soft biscuit. The barrel then presents as almost tropical while the funk is delicately lactic. It's sort of like a guava infused white wine with brie and a little honey. The old lady, however, keeps mentioning white grape, white wine and honey honey honey.
Again, this brewing team fosters yet another impressively dry finish. Overall this is uniquely complex.
