Somewhat turbid mauve-brown with a short but creamy khaki head.
Barrel imbues big caramels with a touch of gooey chocolate therein, countered by some red wine tannin, all putting the cherry in the background, becoming more bramble, but nothing too crazy.
Really, this is even more drinkable than the base, almost no acid, pleasantly cacao exhale
