I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a nice effervescence; head is a thin layer of eggshell foam.
Smell: sweetish aroma with a nice maltiness. The lightly sweet character gives an almost tropical character here to me. Interesting, and I like it.
Taste: mildly sweet with a soft maltiness and a bit of astringent graininess. Not quite as enticing as the aroma, but overall not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: light, refreshing, and quaffable. I’m into it!
