This is a surprisingly high ABV Kolsch, but it kind of works. There's a bit more hop flavor in here than you might expect, but you can still get the crispness that is typical of the style. It's almost a hybrid between a Kolsch and maybe a white ale. I wonder if they'll tweak this recipe because I'm betting some might find it too heavy, but I was fine with it.
