Collaboration with the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area. American Light Lager brewed with pilsner malt and citra hops. Lightly dry hopped with Citra. Approachable, crisp, and crushable with hints of citrus. $1 from the sale of every pint is donated to HSHA. $2 from a crowler is donated to HSHA.

Sampling a chilled 32 oz crowler picked up at the brewery 7/3. Been in a fridge since then and pouring into my pilsner glass tonight.
The beer pours a very clear champagne color and rests slightly darker gold in my glass. A frothy, bleached white head of about 1 cm foams up, but quickly fades to a thin edge layer. Some lazy streams of carbonation do rise to the surface. Beer looks like a light lager.
Aroma is a bit of grainy malts and then a good amount of citrusy hops, mild orange, grapefruit and some rind come together, which isnt surprising due to the Citra hops added to this beer.
First sip reveals a light body with very fine and gentle carbonation. Smoothly rolls across my palate with each sip. Beer drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is again a bit of grainy malt and here some cracker too, then citrusy hops come in and this lingers a bit after each swallow. Flavor is generally pretty mild and seems suitable for the style. The citrus note stands out on the beer, as something different from most light lagers, but also makes the beer more interesting in my opinion. Fun take on the style by a pretty new brewery.
