Our take on the classic American beer. As we like to say, “Beer-flavored beer.” Or, an answer to the question, “What’s the lightest thing you’ve got?”

16 oz can into a Becher glass.
L: Pours a lightly straw lemon color with some churning sediment, a fizzy white head that quickly recedes to thin edge foam, steady carbo, very light antique lacing.
S: Very light grain funk, a suggestion of over ripe orchard fruits, pastry dough.
T: Lightly sweet grains, apple, pear, a hint of honey, a touch of powdered sugar, a general orchard halo, an extremely distant note of banana in the aftertaste.
F: Brisk & lively medium bodied mouthfeel with a fairly short dry finish.
O: A nice summer beer. It's a little bit complex and perhaps needs a bit of refinement but as it is the taste is good and the finish is pretty dry. This offsets the fruity notes quite well. Not an attractive pour but the taste makes up for it. It is good.

First time having anything from this brewery, and it is good stuff. Murky, big head. Lemon aroma. Your average craft lager up front, bitter and with too much hops, but has a long finish into delicious malt character.
