A slightly unique take on a traditional style -- a "4" in taste and props to them for that.
Amberish, English malt-derived color with a quickly receding head reveals a mild aroma at best. The surprising part of that is that the brew is exceedingly fruity, especially for the style. Biruchan nailed it when she said "apricot." Hints of dried apricot liven up an otherwise uninspired mix of dry grains and herbal, bitter-like-a-weed hoppiness.
Probably pretty good with one of their brick-oven pizzas, I'd guess.
