500ml at Swiat Piwa in Krakow.
Pours hazy light yellow with a small head. Smell is lemonade, vanilla. Taste is soft lemon and vanilla cream. Citrus rind, lots of grain and watered down lemon juice. Mouthfeel is smooth and soft. Overall, not bad, but not something I would have called a cream ale of any sort.
