A refreshingly clean and crisp saison. The use of dry hopping and Mandarina Bavaria in the finish produce a candied orange like sweetness.

Bright but slightly hazy goldenrod color. Nose promises herbal sweet hop notes, as well as some yeast... a little white pepper, some sweet hay, a little orange peel. Nice full and fresh flavors...maybe a little sweeter than I prefer. In terms of body, it is a little heavier than I prefer and it isn't quite as tight and crisp as the saisons I like the most. Even so, taken on its own, its enjoyable and farm fresh. Glad to give it a shot, and wouldn't mind drinking again.
