From the growler via the brewery in a pint glass. This solid little brown
pours a medium dark brown / tea color with a moderate head of off white
foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some light
lacing. Nose of toasted malts, subtle caramel, light chocolate, and light herbal
hops. Flavors follow the nose nicely with light caramel, bread crust, toasted malts,
subtle chocolate, and well placed herbal hops bringing balance. Mouth feel is
medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, and finishing lightly crisp and
subtle hopped finish.
Overall, great balance and would make for a great little session brew!
Cheers
