I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at the brewery in Belgrade.
Appearance: pale golden yellow hue with the tiniest dash of haze and a thin layer of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: mildly sweet with a light citrus character and a little pine. It’s … like a subtle version of a WCIPA, and I’m into it.
Taste: sweet malt with a kind of earthy, citrus rindey flavor. It’s a little sweet for my taste but WCIPA heads would love it. So I’m not gonna downgrade it here for just being a little outside my preferred dimensions of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is actually a pretty solid beer, if just not quite calibrated to my taste.
