No date on the can (there is a block of ink on the bottom).
16oz can to 20oz Spiegelau IPA. Pours hazy, light orange, thin white head.. quickly dissipating. Little lacing.
Aroma is very odd. I get what I think are oats and maybe a tinge of melon? Taste is juicy melon, a whiff of tropical notes..not much else. MF is quite watery, low carbonation.

I'm not a NEIPA aficionado. Pardon my ignorance if I'm off base here, but it's nothing like my other brews with a NEIPA label.

This is a weird one for me because it's all over the place. Despite this affirmation, the taste was surprisingly good. Sunset orange; medium haze; minimal head; spotty lacing. The nose is a mix of potential muddied by too many ingredients. Overripe melon, aluminum, toffee, pumpernickel, paprika, oyster, a tinge of lemon, and earth. The taste is delicious bubble gum, watermelon, and honeydew. The mouthfeel is thin, and watery. I'm perplexed by this beer, because I think it has potential. Perhaps they'll tweak it a bit. One can hope.

16 oz can poured into a shaped IPA glass.

Appearance
Hazed-out, milky rusty blonde. 1 finger of creamy white head.

Nose
Mango, cantaloupe, oak, earthy, woodsy, peppery, and caramel.

Taste
Cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon. Slightly oaky and woodsy. Clearn earthy aromas. Caramel and biscuity maltiness. Clean finish with lingering cantaloupe.

Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, smooth, juicy, and lightly bitter.

Overall
I liked this way more than I expected. The Trifle Pearl hops give off huge aromas of sweet cantaloupe and honeydew while being backed by a firm caramel backbone. Awesome-sauce!
