Unfiltered light body allows for maximum hop flavor for this hazy Double IPA brewed with Mosaic & Citra. Aroma features sweet notes of apricot and tangerine and subtle notes of stone fruit.

From the 16 oz. cab dated 12/4/19. Sampled on Jan 4, 2020.
The appearance is light to medium orange-amber with a lacing leaving soft cream colored head. Good clarity.
Like all modern IPA's, the aroma is full of citrus and tropical fruit with a cereal grain malt base. But it smells clean.
Medium and smooth mouthfeel.
The taste is like the aroma with a bright, citrus-like hop character and a moderate lingering bitter finish. Hop heads will enjoy.

On-tap at the brewery. All the tasty hop goodness is there. The hop bill is Mosaic and Citra so you know it’s going to be good. Crisp and clean finish with a properly creamy body. This ain’t bad!

Canned 3/20/19
Pours a nice frothy off white head with fair retention and good lacing, very hazy medium dark orange
Nose some citrus and tropical, but also dank pine onion garlic typical of mosaic, light grainy malt
Taste more citrus and tropical, guava, papaya, orange zest, little sap and citrus oil, light background pine and spicy earthy but falls short of onion garlic, mild doughy cracker grainy malt, touch of alcohol, medium bitterness, finish dries a bit and more alcohol with bitterness and spicy piney hop
Mouth is med to fuller bod, light warming alcohol, a little creamy doughy
Overall not bad, the mosaic like onion garlic aroma was not pleasant, but taste was decent, fairly drinkable for the abv and ibu levels

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed golden amber pour with thick fluffy white head. Great lacing.
S: Caramel malts and fruity hops. Citrus, honey, and pine.
T/F: Follows the nose. Sweet malts up front. Fruity... with orange rind, grapefruit, apricot, and stone fruits. Sticky on the tongue with creamy carbonation. Modest bitterness. A little boozy.
O: A solid DIPA but not elite. Good flavor and drinkability. I'd have it again but wouldn't seek out.

Sorry for the the short review. This one reminds me a bit of Hopslam. Very similar look, taste, and feel. The aroma isn't quite as sweet. ABV is lower but has a a bit of heat on the finish. I found it quite enjoyable.
