Grab a flannel and cozy up with our newest sour. Layered with vibrant flavors of blackberry and raspberry, it matches the most colorful season. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Pacific Gem to highlight the berry aromas, it’s the perfect combination of tart and juicy.

I visited the brewery on a whim a few weeks back with my friend and this was part of my flight. I was hoping to get some to go, but they did not have any cans in stock. Luckily, my local store was carrying it in 4 packs, so I grabbed a single to review. I enjoyed it quite a bit at the brewery, so let's just jump right into this thing
Pours a hazy burnt orange with 2 fingers of very soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
For a fruited sour, I enjoy the above average hop presence this beer showcases. The mosaic is in full force here, working in tandem with the fruit to bring aromas of juicy blackberry, tart lime, pine sap, floral hops, and general stone fruit
I think juicy is the best way to describe the taste here, definitely a fresh fruit vibe that meshes well with the hops. Up front I'm tasting a medley of tart berries, mostly raspberry and blueberry, along with lesser notes of lime and soft malt. The swallow brings notes of floral hops, juicy orange, blackberry, crisp malt, and a slight tannic woody note
A light medium body pairs with assertive carbonation for a super refreshing sour. Finishes a bit sticky but with the tartness to balance it out. It's very strange to see a fruited sour sitting at 7%, but I'm all for it as it drinks much lighter
Certainly one of the more interesting fruited sours out there. I'll say it again, I love how well the hops are integrated into this instead of relying solely on fruit. Good stuff, I could session this if the abv was lower, but I might just do it anyways
