Mélodie is complex yet refreshing, aromatic and dry, with a range of hops providing fruity, floral, grassy notes and the yeast leaving a slightly peppery, spicy finish. Conditioned for a month before packaging to give this Saison a lovely clean finish. To be enjoyed when the weather is nice.

440ml can. Hops: East Kent Goldings, Target, Perla, Fuggles.
L: Hazy, yellow/orange colour with one finger of foam that reduces to a thick cap and then lasts.
S: Citrus and leather.
T: Lemony and yeasty. Clean and sharp. Super refreshing.
F: Medium body, moderate carbonation, dry and sour.
O: An approachable, summertime saison. Nice combination of citrusy and earthy. Lovely tang. Looks great. Excellent thirst slaker.
