From the first sips of this smooth and vibrant beer, hoppy riffs will resonate in your ears. Its bluesy and rhythmic accents will take you back to the good old days of rock 'n' roll. Already a cult classic!

My second from Mira in two days and I also added both. That won't happen again since I just arrived in Paris and distribution here is, I'd guess, more competitive and harder to find Mira here than Toulouse. But we shall see, I wouldn't mind more Mira at all. They have brewing talent and marketing savvy.
Olympic White opens with some good foam, but dissipates quickly and could Look more lively. Average. Smells also are average as I pick up the wit's traditional scents of orange and coriander-like... but it's mute and not distinct. Tastes improve as they are balanced, but again not distinct. Just light of medium-mouthed among wits. Could use more wheat to soften the mouth.
I've given Mira its micro-review and, hence, explain my high Overall Hugs for their dual strategy that includes music and franchising the whole package. So let me comment on them and some of the other micros in the southern part of France. I've noticed that they have the basic understanding of brewing for the table. But it seems like they are not up to the masters yet because the masters have more experience ! Kinda simple conclusion, but one I can run with. In the case of Olympic, Mira needs to find a more lively yeast that works well with more wheat. But they don't need my opinion, experience will teach them that.
