Blaufelder is a blend of 3–5 year old wild ales finished with blueberries harvested summer 2023 on a farm near our brewery, and honeysuckle berries from a farm in Brandenburg.

Dark purple, no head, still. Smell is blueberry jam and oak. Tart. Taste is mild tart, blueberry jam, toast, dry. Mouthfeel is light, smooth velvet and cream, light chalkiness. Overall, interesting and pretty good.
