DECEMBER 2024.
33 cl bottle (€7.50 -too much- at "Bottega Storica" in Santa Teresa di Gallura, Sardinia).
Red color with ruby reflections, but more opaque.
Abundant but evanescent foam (like that of a Prosecco).
Light body in the mouth supported by a lively but not excessive carbonation.
Entry in which the taste characteristics of the Saison yeast are recognized, quickly followed by a taste at the same time soft and wild of wild berries (wild blackberry, but it also reminds me a lot of redcurrant in this general context).
Light and fast acidic note, not astringent: it cleans the tongue, leaving a taste of wild berries and light "funky" notes of cereal (wheat) on the palate.
Drunk a year after the expiration date, it has remained perfectly preserved in the refrigerator.
