from UnTappd and Bacterio, translated by Google--
Fruity hop aromas from dry hopping, a combination of malt and hop flavors. Light and refreshing body. Atomically Pale Ale.

My first from Bacterio, I went on their website and am intrigued by their angle. They package the science/art dichotomy of brewing into their taproom that they call Cerveza de Laboratorio. Clever. Bacterio seems to be a going concern in an inner suburb of Madrid. They got an innovation grant from the European Community (apparently to foster brewing creativity in Spain's capitol.) So for all that, I give Bacterio very good Overall Hugs.
I bought APA Tomica from Hidden Beers, a beer bar in Madrid. APA is a decent APA. It is refreshing, but doesn't lean into the hops too much at 33 IBU; so balanced. While Tomica only Looks and Smells slightly above average for the APA style, its balanced Tastes are worth noting and other crafters should take note. Not quite medium-mouthed.
I enjoyed APA Tomica, but I'd try some Bacterio's other offerings before returning to this.
