Big, juicy notes of citrus blast out of this can, creating some serious volts of flavor that pairs best with some loud, high-energy tunes.

From the Costco case, presumably for their Illinois stores (although 2 Bros distributes in 3 neighboring states.)
I rarely try a new AIPA, but I'm glad I tried Amplifier. It doesn't try to do too much and stays balanced. Started it with a lunch that involved BBQ and it helped make a more memorable meal. Finished it in late afternoon and it slacked a dry palate. Amplifier does its job.
2 Bros is one of those micros that should be a genuine regional. They are old enough to be a regional. But their distribution chain doesn't reflect it. There is a "me too modest" aspect of their beers, but that is why I like them. Maybe someday, 2 Bros will find their formula to grow to their age. Let's call them a late bloomer.
6/15/24 Had a second Amplifier (4 left in the Costco case.) Stand by the review above. Good with summer lunches.

Yellow with slight haze and one finger white head. Nose is candied lemon and citrus pith. Taste follows the nose with lemon, grapefruit, followed by a soft lemony pale malt, and ends with citrus peel. Body is light to medium with medium body. Ends dry. Overall a solid beer, nothing special or over the top. Refreshing after a walk around the neighborhood with the stroller.
