16oz can. Canning date stamped on bottom as 'CANNED ON 09/16/2023 09:16'.
Partly cloudy for clarity, with the body color of brownish cranberry. Thin off white head with the pour, with a result of island swirls and a thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma of black currant and hay.
Taste is semi-sweet with black currant berry, and a base beer with hay and lactic goat. Dry yeast.
Medium mouthfeel, with subtle stickiness. Finally gets dry and tight in the mouth. Okay carbonation.
Seldom encountered taste profile due to the use of black currant as an adjunct.
