When I think best lager in the state of Nevada, this one has to be in the running. Yes, its a new beer, but I've already crushed so much of it. Volume speaks volumes.
Pours a brilliant golden color with amazing clarity. Not sure much more you could do appearance wise, this one is up there with the likes of Bierstadt Slo Pour Pils in that regard. Full 1" white head, pristine, good retention. The aroma displays the usual characteristics of a good pilsner: pilsner malt, very grain heavy, lager yeast, noble hops. The system works.
The taste is quite the banger of year round proportions. Heavier than average yeast impact, sturdy, yet not excessive hopping, a great fresh cut grain feel to the barley of light pilsner like dimensions. I can't remember the last time I had a dozen of the same beer in such a short amount of time. Refreshing mouthfeel, spritzy, light but not affecting the high flavor quotient at any time. Still dry backend like I like. Literally top tier pilsner/lager from Nevada, perhaps the best.

a really solid german pils, their lager game is immediately pretty impressive in here, a little hard to judge this one critically, as i had it as a perfect milk pour from their side faucet, which is of course customary to chug, so i will have to go back for a normal pour for more details, but its still worth commenting on in this format, which it lends itself too absolutely beautifully if i do say so myself. the little bit of beer in the bottom of this is crystal clear, radiant golden colored, and without blemish. the creamy airy foam is gentle weightless, and inviting, i know a normal pour from this faucet would be gorgeous too, but this has special appeal, so uncommon unfortunately still. aroma and flavor both show a little more robust noble hop profile, grassy and super fresh with subtle green grape, pear skin, and even sagebrush, straw, and light tomato vine, really quite herbal, light, and vibrant, with faint lime in the mix too, a little spicy, really giving a lot of life to this. the grain is eurpoean, fresh, and the lagering is clean and complete, dry and simple with the hops kind of leading the way to my senses even though this has nice balance, very bright. the milk pour is fire, smooth and airy going down, light bitterness to the aftertaste, still appreciable carbonation in the liquid portion, and this is classic pils overall, good enough to have come from bavaria, slightly floral to me, light malt sweetness too, the foam is deeply earthy and i can fully appreciate the yeast in it. so fresh and good, these guys are already on another level! more to come when i get a chance to try this straight up, highly recommend the milk pour though! props to these guys for installing the faucet for that!
edit: also good not as a milk pour i can now confirm, a clean and crisp and bright pils with a lot of personality, a nice hop profile, and some old world authenticity, lots of bubbles, super drinkable, easy down but anything but boring, really well done. these guys are off to a heck of a start!
