Belgian cherry ale brewed with sour cherry concentrate and sour cherry puree, and sweetened with erythritol.

Poured from 330mL can into my Kasteel chalice. Best by 7/31/25.
Appearance: rich amber hue with just a dash of haze and a thin layer of dark ivory foam atop.
Smell: a rather biscuity malt aroma, with a dry cherry character atop. I kind of like the dryness, but the biscuit aroma just isn’t my jam.
Taste: somewhat sweeter than the aroma, the biscuity malt character is there, but the cherry comes through much more convincingly. Not bad!
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I mean … it’s not perfect, by any means, but at the end of the day it’s still a cherry beer. So … I guess I’m into it!
