No can date. Brand new brewery.
Decent looking pils. Somewhat opaque straw to golden color. Nice fluffy, whitehead, good retention, with some scattered lacing.
Nose is slightly peppery in hops with a hint of crackery malt.
Flavor is slightly dry overall. Malt is subdued.
Mouthfeel is nice for style.
