300ml pour in a teku at Vecchia Orsa in Bologna. Review entered from notes.
Pours black, opaque, big dense head, tons of carbonation. Smell is very roasty, almost stout -- except for the pine resin and grape rind. Taste is on the stout side of black IPA. Super roasty, lots of coffee, some dark chocolate. But there's no dearth of pine resin bitterness. Mouthfeel is very light and dry. Nice black IPA, a touch too roasty for my preference, but well-made.
