300ml teku at Vecchia Orsa in Bologna. Review entered from notes.
Pours slightly hazy, amber-brass in color, medium-sized medium-density head. Moderate or more carbonation. Smell is gorgeous grains, earth and grass. Grain husk, grain tea, and actively-being-kneaded whole wheat noodle dough. Taste is similar, but not as grain-tea sweet as I expected. More earthy / grassy bitterness. Not that the grain is lacking, just that there's more going on in the flavor. Mouthfeel is soft and smooth. Gentle but insistent effervescence. Overall, quite happy with this.
