Our new X-Series beer is a collab with the fine folks at Lovebird Beer. To celebrate the birth of their new brewery in Meaford, we brewed our take on a Grodziskie, which is a Polish Smoked Beer. This version is made with Ontario grown base malts and hops, and it drinks like a crushable light lager with some nice smoked character from the Oak Smoked Wheat. Enjoy!

Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A two finger bubbly white head on a hazy light amber. The head diminishes to a layer. Good head retention. lots of patchy lacing.
Faint smoke in the nose. Tastes of smoke up front. This diminishes in strength but sticks around to the end. Some faint herbal lemon in the finish.
A light body with good carbonation. Overall a sessionable, light, crisp smoked wheat beer. Interesting oak smoked flavour.
