I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery in Rancho Cucamonga.
Appearance: rich golden hue with a nearly clear body and a finger of ivory foam. Nice!
Smell: nicely malty aroma with a bit of yeast character; a bit light but good!
Taste: nice caramel and toast flavors, along with a bit of biscuit and a moderate bitterness for the style. Pretty good!
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a totally solid Oktoberfest. I’m into it!
