Jett'Amber is an amber beer with a harmonious blend of malts (pale and chocolate) and hops (lemony and spicy). In limited edition, it's a perfect match for autumn and end-of-year dishes.

Jett' starts out as a gentle brown. Nice, unassuming mostly brunette foam with a tinge of red in the bod. Tastes are mild to start, but the hops assert themselves throughout and, in the end, probably linger too long for me. But still a full, satisfying mouth. I could pair Amber with a vegetable stew or soup.
The story here is not the beer, but six sons bringing back to life their father’s brewery that closed down in the early 1970s. This is such a Belgian story. Family brewing always gets interrupted by Napoleon, two world wars and the need to feed a family on something other than lambic. Belgian brewing has so many stories. I suggest going on Taymans website and let them tell the story of how they restored their father's brewhouse. Heartwarming.
