Yellow colour, strongly iridescent. White, high foam with a moderately long reduction time. Small bubbles melt to a layer of a few millimetres and remain so. It coats the glass very nicely and intensely.
In the aroma, sweet malty notes, sweet fruity notes - baked apples, as well as cellar and earthy notes. I would describe the intensity as medium.
Taste minimally sour with slightly stronger bitterness and a slight sweetness of baked apples.
Medium saturation. Round texture. Body medium. Short dry aftertaste.
