Served in a proper tulip glass at the brewpub.

Dark brown hue; opaque, with a thin but durable tan head. Cloudy with fine-grained sediment.

Yeast dominates aroma and flavor. A bit too floral for my taste, but there is a clear contribution from the malts and a hint of hops in the taste. Aroma changes, but does not improve, with warming.

Mouthfeel: medium-thin body; excellent carbonation; semi- dry finish

O - a flavorful farmhousen ale With a particularly nice mouthfeel.
