I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery in Rancho Cucamonga.
Appearance: golden-amber hue with a clear body and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: malt is caramelly and biscuity, with a bit of a yeasty character as well. Perhaps not my favorite, but not bad.
Taste: like the aroma, there’s a biscuity note to the malt that I just don’t love. Seems well-enough made, but just not to my taste.
Mouthfeel: medium body and a big carbonation yield a good creaminess.
Overall: a reasonable Oktoberfest, if not my favorite.
