Added as an ESB because the ABV is near 7.

A: Pours a clear darker amber color. A small white head forms and recedes quickly. Light lace left behind.
S: An overly simple aroma, of toasted malts and grains.
T: Again, that toasted graininess. Some cherry, dark fruits and sweetness lingering.
M/O: A medium body and moderate carbonation. This is also a bit syrupy. Not hard to drink, but looking for something else quickly. Not one of the better examples of the style.

This seems like an old and oxidized Fuller's ESB. Which is about par for most American versions of the style, as I doubt they have ever had it genuinely fresh in the UK, let alone on cask.
