I got a can of this beer from my bestie in Charlotte, NC. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with no head and no lace. The scent had subtle lemon notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink borderline Shandy with definite lemon presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is good beer....great for after lawn mowing chore!

Fresh lager. Canned 6/24/2021, lured into pint glass to get the holiday festivities rolling. Light golden color, two inch white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma of bread, faint floral spice. The taste is predominately the bready grains, with some pale malt notes and a twinge of corn sweetness. The finish lingers. The feel is medium, carbonation medium low. Could of used a schoche more carbonation, though it is still has a good drink-ability factor. Looking forward to the rest of the 8 pack. Nice session factor.

Poured from a can (06Apr2021) into a pint glass

L: pours a slightly hazy straw gold (srm ~3/4) with a moderate white head. Fades after a minute or so, surface foam fed by good amount of fast visible carbonation

S: that American adjunct lager style nose. Slight hop spiciness in the background to offset a sweeter aroma. Get a bit of that creamed corn DMS character, light biscuit, cracker

T: follows the nose fairly well, that creamed corn not showing up as much on the swallow as the nose. Light flavor, mild cracker/soft baked bread. Sweetness comes through a bit toward the middle, finish is fairly short and quite light. A little sweet for me to call it refreshing, would want it a pinch more crisp

F: light+ body, medium+ carbonation. Easy to drink, light but doesn’t quite provide that thirst quenching effect I expected

O: straight-forward, easy drinking lager. Would have liked it a bit more refreshing, gonna pin that on the DMS character
