This cloudy, straw-colored gose is, at most, moderately tart and fruity for the style. The plum notes are somewhat subtle but this may be expected from this selected fruit.

I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, North Carolina. It poured a hazy pearish yellow with very thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had tart berry and plum fruit notes. The taste was tart leaning but yet drinkable. The sour berry and tart plum make it taste decent. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
