Appearance: The amber colored liquid is capped by a bit of foam; not that much lacing action going on here
Smell: Fruity aromatics with an earthy undertone
Taste: Fruit dominant, up front, with the apricot making an influence; in the middle, the beer adds an earthier dimension, bringing some hop balance
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I was surprised to see that this was considered a farmhouse beer as I thought it tasted more like an ESB; I didn't pick up the cardamom flavor, either
