Hazy yellow, head doesn't retain.
Spice and tart fruit.
Mint's buried in in there somewhere, otherwise reminds me of a lemon poppy seed bagel. Citric, bright, the very low end of funky but very, very tasty.
Tartness is a tad muddled but pleasant. Wouldn't argue with higher carbonation..

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Yellow Session. Aroma has floral yeast notes, pollen and some citrus fruits. Taste has light yeast notes, soft funk, hay, meadow flowers, really well balanced.

Appearance: Arrives cloudy and golden with a frothy head that leaves squiggles of lace
Smell: Barnyard phenols, lemon and crushed leaves
Taste: Lemon pepper, earthy tones and barnyard yeast; a hint of banana emerges, in the middle; crisp and lemony finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body but way overcarbonated
Overall: The carbonation issues made this one hard to pin down as it fizzled on my tongue
