On tap at Highland park, Chinatown.
Pretty, muted yellow to gold. Abundant fluff of white, solid retention, and layered lacing.
Nose pumps green, grassy citrus notes. A smooth layer of biscuity malts chimes in underneath.
Flavor follows the nose. Less dynamic but still quite nice. Zesty orange rind meets grapefruit, some green (not quite dank) notes, and hints of berry.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium with a slightly fluffy feel. Smooth, creamy feel that finishes lightly bitter.
